Traffic is not sped up with walkers, bikes, touk-touks, elephants, etc. I am typing this 9 am on way to work. Cows seem to be off of the highway. There are 100 horns honking at any time. I asked Ajay why they painted lines in the streets- there may be lines painted for 3 lanes but cars & cycles are 5 across.
