Mumbai is one of the oldest cities in India and is on the west coast, very tropical, warm and green. Lots of trees. It is much warmer here than in New Delhi. City has been known as Bombay for hundreds of years.
Mumbai is the financial hub of India, the stock exchange is here. From the air you can see thousands of high rises but in between the buildings the big new buildings and apartments are some serious slums. There are lazy dogs everywhere, markets, crowds, bad traffic, housing, shacks, millions of people.
Bollywood is here, movies made here- the funny movies that I talked about in an earlier blog.
