Eating dinner tonight in one of the JW Marriott restaraunts, a steakhouse. They have plenty of steaks, but also have water buffalo steaks. Since I just ate a good horse steak (and broke my tooth) in Finland 6 months ago, I decided to order the water buffalo. Waiter said it was not a steak, it was like a meatloaf, so I just got a normal steak from an old fashioned cow.
For my drink, I ordered a Raki because my friend Joe Begue said I had to drink one in Turkey. Two hours later I have a headache. I think the Raki was tequila made from grapes. Finished meal off with a strong, thick Turkish coffee to help me sleep better.
