We have seen dozens of cool old American cars from the 50's, 60's, 70's and probably 80's here in Tampere this week. There are a lot of old convertibles but mostly cars that are about 25 feet long and look very hard to steer or to find a parking spot for. With the nice spring weather we have seen a lot of old convertibles. With all of these old cars it looks more like Southern California than Finland.
My friend Harri had asked Ron if we could bring a carburetor for his old car from the US into Finland. We did not look up the rules for carrying an old used carburetor with you on an airplane but I don't think the airlines or security likes for you to do this.
But every time we hear an old car or see it I'm too slow to get my camera out and take a photo here are a few that we seen parked.
Needs some work but has a couple of old skulls hanging inside.
